Spring is here and the real estate market is humming. Interest rates have fluctuated up and down over the past month. The oil and gas markets are seeing an increase. We are heading into our seasonal upswing with increasing sales as folks use the summer months to relocate within their own area or from one area to another.  Inventory has increased over the past month but we still desperately need homes priced under $300,000 to meet demand.
 
LoneStar Properties is happy to be celebrating our 5 th Anniversary in May. Five years ago our little company began with 4 agents and today we have 16 agents and two admins. It’s been a fun and exciting journey.
 
As part of that growth, we are happy to announce that 2 outstanding agents, RACHEL AGEE and DIANE GROS LOUIS, have joined our merry band ! Rachel is a Baylor grad and has been a Texas realtor since 2016.
